Summer Yoga

During the summer period yoga classes will be taking place at the Dance Studio, Wilmslow High School, Holly Road,  Wilmslow from 7.30 to 9.00 pm. Drop in places cost of £6.50 per session, however, they are subject to availablity.  If you wish to reserve a place please telephone me on 07732 591592 or 01625 585595.

If you are unable to attend classes during the summer period you may wish to keep up your practice by doing the sun salutations.  Details can be found on the following website drawn in stickman format http://www.yogasite.com/sunsalute.htm.
