Autumn Classes

Classes will be taking place  next week in Alderley Edge at Astra Zeneca and the Community Primary School.  This is  in addition to the class at Wilmslow High School. Full details can be found under “Classes” above.

The theme for this term is the Eight Limbs of Yoga.  These eight steps are described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras  and act as guidelines for pursuing a meaningful yoga practice.  They direct one’s attention towards health and a purposeful life.
