Peace Starts With Me

Again there will only be one class this week on Wednesday at Mullberrys, Astra Zeneca, Alderley Edge at 7.30 pm.  The theme for this lesson will be peace.  Peace can only spread through people who have peaceful  hearts and minds.  There is a Buddhist quote that I really like it says:  “You can search the whole universe and not find a single being more worthy of love than yourself.  Since each and every person is so precious to themselves, let the self-respecting harm no other being.”  If you wish to read some more Buddhist Peace Quotes follow this link: http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/b/buddha.html
