Light Up The World

The final class before Christmas will take place on Wednesday, 22nd December at Mullberrys, Astra Zeneca, Alderley Edge at 7.30 pm.  The theme for this lesson will be “Lighting up the World”.   Whilst practicing the asanas you will be guided towards drawing light into your hearts so that it may flow out into the world, making it available to all.  It will be a gentle candlelit session that will energise and balance your body in preparation for your christmas celebrations.
