” As a Physiotherapist as well as wanting to keep fit and strong, yoga is an excellent way to increase and maintain strength as well as flexibility. It addresses your postural alignment with each weekly class and helps to “iron out” any tensions and asymmetries that develop through the stress and strain everyday life and from getting older! It is a low impact class which keeps the forces low on our joints. Dee’s yoga class is structured and each week focuses on specific parts of the body to encompass all movements of the body. After a 6 week course you will notice the difference!!”

“I have been attending Dee’s class in Alderley Edge since April 2011. I was very anxious about going to a yoga class having never done it before but Dee’s classes are great and I now look forward to my yoga session each week. Dee’s class is very friendly and welcoming and Dee is very encouraging, positive and supportive. Dee is great at understanding that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses and will suggest different ways of doing the postures to suit you so that you personally get the most out of every session. Dee is a great teacher and I would recommend her to anyone who wants or start yoga.”
